So what is wrong with the Dem party? Simply put, they need to take cues from the Rep.s, i.e. they think too much. They are willing to actually use logic and try to argue with the illogic of the right. And I hate to say it but the American people as a whole are not educated enough to hear the truth and discern what it is when they do hear it. It is not a coincidence that Rep.s cut spending to education, "keep everyone ignorant and they will believe anything and follow you into the fire."
The Dems, need talking points, they need a media outlet that is not only behind them but is a key strategic screaming soap box. They need to be populous, meaning they need to talk to the people in their own language. They need to expound the left ideals in way that shows EVERYONE that they would be better off trusting the government then the large Corporations.
It still boggles my mind that people would actually trust the very same people that got us into the economic crisis to lead our economy back into the ground. That people are actually more trusting of insurance companies that we have all been burned by in the past than our own government who is supposed to protect us. Kudos to you Rep.s!!! Well done, you make people believe black is white, that up is down and that Corporations will save our souls... WOW!
Now don't get me wrong I still have a very healthy distrust of government however I have a say in who is there (as ideological as that sounds). I do not have the same say in corporations. I am also fully aware that many of the people in the federal govt, on both sides of the isle, take money from businesses. That being said I think the dems are the lesser of two evils, a tired old, old socialist's argument for being part of the system and voting for the dems, this I know...
So whats my point... Dem.s need to dumb it down in voice, and get smarter in action if this country is going to have any fighting chance in the future... I would say god help us but alas I dont believe in... "it." So here is to faith in humanity! Cheers.
